Yesterday was a beautiful day in Minneapolis. The sun was shinning through the clouds, but it wasn’t too hot, accompanied by a slight breeze in the air. Perfect weather to grill.
Ginger Sauce Pork Kebabs
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce (found in Asian food section)
1 inch piece of grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp hot sauce (we used Siracha)
On the Kebab: alternate between pieces of pork, red and/or green pepper, and sugar snap peas. Place on grill until pork is cooked through, about 9 minutes. Remove kebabs, spread glaze evenly. Place back on grill for another minute or two.
