Poor Piggy

Don’t feel sorry for me though. The piggy was tasty.

Last night I tried out a new pork tenderloin recipe. We enjoyed it very much.

Honey-Soy Pork Tenderloin
– 2 tbsp teriyaki  sesame sauce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp grated ginger
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 lb pork tenderloin

-mix all the ingredients, pour over pork, let marinate for 6 hours in fridge
-drain excess marinade
-bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes

eat it and enjoy it and smile

We were a little worried the pork would dry out when it was in the oven, but moisture was not a problem at all.

There you have it. I highly recommend this dish. My hubby rarely takes seconds- and last night he took seconds, and wasn’t even hungry for more. Ya. That good. The meal was a cinch too. Five minutes prep work, then just stick him in the oven a few hours later. Just make sure to turn the meat as it marinates in the fridge.
Happy Friday friends
