Pizza Loving

We love pizza. LOVE. Last school year, pizza was on the menu several times a week.

I am proud to announce that Timothy and I are moving up in the world in terms of cooking comprehension. Today, for the first time, we managed to use yeast successfully. Score. Granted we only tried one other time, and there is a good chance that the packet we used was like 2 years old. Regardless, we succeeded, and I am very proud of us. Timothy gave me a funny look when I was telling him how proud I was of us. Whatever dude. We rocked. Our pizza was fantastic.

We used Pioneer Woman’s Pizza Crust Recipe from her cookbook. Then we layered our dough with goodness. Sauce, infinite amounts of basil, Provolone, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Parmesan, Pepperoni, and some garlic powder. Did you forget how much we love cheese? We love cheese.

We baked the little guy for 15 minutes on the baking sheet, and about 5 on the rack. It was spectacular.

Sad news… Pictures disappeared. But I promise it was pretty, and golden, and crisp, and sure to make you hungry.
